El Runner
Chicken Milanese, potato cream, arugula, wasabi mayo.
The rebel of the menu.
No meatballs here — just a golden, crispy chicken milanesa panino that bridges Italian tradition with modern street-food flair. The chicken breast is pounded thin, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs, and fried until perfectly golden and crunchy.
Crispy. Bold. Unexpectedly Balordi.
Milanesa — known in Italy as cotoletta — is one of the most beloved breaded cutlet preparations across Italy and Latin America. The name traces back to Milan, where the legendary Cotoletta alla Milanese has been served since at least the 12th century.
Under the chicken sits a bed of our house-made potato cream — smooth, buttery and comforting, the perfect counterpoint to the crunch of the golden breading.
Fresh arugula (known in Italy as rucola) adds a peppery bite, while our wasabi mayonnaise — a Japanese-Italian fusion twist — brings a surprising, gentle heat that rises through the nose rather than the tongue.
The result?
A bold bite of crispy Italian street-food rebellion:
Golden chicken Milanese. Silky potato cream. Peppery arugula.
Finished with the addictive kick of wasabi mayo.
No shortcuts. Just flavour.
