Six generous handmade beef meatballs (180g) are nestled inside a warm, lightly toasted panino and drenched in our rich, velvety Gorgonzola DOP cream sauce.

Gorgonzola DOP is one of Italy's most iconic blue cheeses — produced exclusively in the Lombardy and Piedmont regions since the 9th century. Its creamy texture and bold, tangy flavour become beautifully mellow when melted into a sauce.
On top, we crown the meatballs with our artisanal caramelized onions, slow-cooked with balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP. This balsamic — produced under strict geographical designation in the Emilia-Romagna region — brings a complex sweetness with fruity undertones that perfectly balances the intensity of the Gorgonzola.
