Six generous handmade beef meatballs (180g) are slow-simmered in our tomato sauce — cooked low and slow for four hours until it reaches a deep, rich sweetness.

Ricotta Salata is a firm, snow-white cheese from Southern Italy — especially Sicily and Sardinia — made by pressing, salting, and ageing fresh ricotta for at least 90 days. Unlike the soft ricotta you may know, Ricotta Salata is dry enough to grate, with a delicate milky saltiness that brightens every bite.
A few drops of our house-made Balordi spicy oil, infused with Calabrian chili peppers from the southern tip of Italy, add a warm, smoky kick without overpowering the other flavours. Calabrian chili is prized for its fruity heat, very different from the sharp bite of other chili varieties.
